The Seven Samurai
He was a charlatan to save the sheep in their hiatus. And he knew it. They were seven wolves to save the villagers from ruffians on horse and with blades.
While the Samurai were scrupulous in the Hakama of the dress, his wobbly foible was to wear things all wrong and slack. His katakana to large and cumbersome. His hachimaki akimbo and loose. His shoulders filled the shirt.
They fought in close combat. And in the aftermath, his bravery was unquestioned even as he reeked in pungent clothes. Though he did filch a blade to shave for his death.
